At Suklay Skin, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver our products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

We accept returns or refunds only for damaged or defective products.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of scent or texture, or incorrect purchase.

2. Reporting a Damaged or Defective Item

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must report the issue within 1 day after receiving the product.

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect.

  • The evidence should be sent to us via WhatsApp or email at suklayskin@gmail.com.

If the report is submitted after 1 day or without sufficient proof, we may not be able to process the request.

3. Product Condition for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • You must include the original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened without a complete unboxing video as proof.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

  • Once we verify the returned item, Suklay Skin will send a replacement product at no additional cost.

5. Refund Method

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to be completed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products that have been opened without a valid unboxing video.

  • Promotional, discounted, or sample products.

  • Items returned after the 1-day period.
